UrbanTours – Discover, book, live new experiences

UrbanTours is a digital platform that facilitates the discovery and booking of tours, guided tours, excursions, and experiences offered by guides, companions, and other independent providers. Each experience is offered by the relevant provider, who independently organizes and implements it. UrbanTours facilitates the meeting between suppliers and participants through its digital promotion and booking services.

Reservations and payments

To book an experience, you can request a booking fee through UrbanTours. The applicable amount and conditions are indicated before the purchase is completed. Any gratuities or other payments not included in the booking fee are specified in the individual experience sheet.

The role of Urban Tours

UrbanTours operates as a brokerage and booking platform for experiences offered by independent providers. The supplier responsible for the individual activity is identified in the relevant product sheet, together with the applicable information and conditions. The role of UrbanTours and that of individual suppliers are governed by the Terms and Conditions and applicable legislation. The platform does not directly organize or conduct experiences simply by publishing them or allowing them to be booked.
